We are pleased to announce the call for graduate student participants for ASPIRE Forum 2023 Student Workshop, to be held from June 28-July 4, 2023 hosted by KAIST.

ASPIRE League is a consortium of leading science and technology universities in Asia, comprising the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Tsinghua University, and Tokyo Tech.

This workshop offers a fantastic opportunity for personal and academic development through discussions and interaction with fellow students from world-leading science and technology universities.

Past Student Workshop participants have reported having gained useful ideas and insights for their research.

Program：ASPIRE Forum 2023 Student Workshop

Theme：Technology and Stewardship for Sustainable Global Future

Venue: Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST)

Period：June 28-July 4, 2023

Format：First half 6/28-6/30: Online（Zoom/Slack/Miro)

　Second half 7/2-7/4: KAIST (South Korea)

Contents：Lectures, Groupwork, Group Presentations Fees: (1)&(2)

Eligibility: Tokyo Tech Graduate Students

Number of participants from Tokyo Tech: 5 students

(1) Necessary expenses paid by participant

Travel expenses, travel insurance, local transportation, and other expenses for personal activities.

(2) Local accommodations

　 -Arrangements: Arranged by KAIST

    -Accommodation expenses: KAIST will bear the costs.

　 -Accommodation: 3 nights and 4 days (check-in July 2 – check-out July 5)

   -Others: KAIST will notify each participant of the location of his/her local

accommodation after his/her participation is confirmed.

Screening procedure: Applicants who pass the document screening will have an online interview on Wednesday, May 24, 9:00-10:00
