Prior to Tokyo Tech’s transition to Alert Level 2+ on Monday, August 17, GSEC office will reopen for in-person visits on Tuesday, August 11, 2020.
In light of the ongoing spread of coronavirus, we have set out preventive measures to minimize the risk of transmission among students, faculty, and staff.
Please read the information here before coming to the office and take adequate safety precautions.

We also encourage the use of email, telephone or Zoom to communicate with the office to the extent possible.

Our office follows Tokyo Tech policy on closure.

Our physical office in Oookayama is currently closed as following period, but our staff team remains available via email. If you need to reach us, please email ghrd.info@jim.titech.ac.jp with questions or concerns. 

Closure period (as of June 22,2020) : Wednesday, April 8 to Monday, August 10
